The project takes advantage of panoramic views of the golf course, using terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows as a starting point to organize interior spaces around natural light and the landscape.

Light-colored wood and stone set the apartment's overall tone, appearing in features such as bookcases, headboards, and fireplace walls that lend character to each area while maintaining a sense of continuity. The common areas—featuring dual living spaces, a dining room, and a terrace with a barbecue—are designed for socializing, while the bedrooms, including the children's room, retain that same warmth through a more intimate and personal design language.
