Waldos is a burger restaurant that began as a delivery-only business and has now opened its first physical location at Manzanillo 30 in the Roma Norte neighborhood of Mexico City.
This project, a collaboration with VANARK, sought to revisit the concept of classic American diners while adding a contemporary twist. The counter serves as a focal point, visible from both the street and the interior of the establishment. Additionally, the design incorporates the masonry of the sidewalk planter to create an extension of the business by adding seats and tables to it, ensuring it is not confined solely to the interior space.
